The purpose of this blog is to serve as a sandbox for a book I am planning to write. The primary themes of the site will be politics, religion, philosophy and current events. Perhaps in time it will take greater focus, but for now it is primarily ruminations. I suspect that it will be pruned extensively for things I have written while drunk.
